    We have traveled with Tours of Distinction all over the world and have always had a great trip. Their tour directors are excellent and they take great care and consideration when crafting their trips.

    Tour Company changed 3 out of the 4 hotels, The hotels they picked were not of equal value. Run down and dated i.e.. tiles missing from bathroom, sticky floors, either fleas or knats, no restaurant or vending machine on premise to get drinks or snacks. On the first day they changed restaurant giving us a food allowance. Minimal amount of baggage handling which was to be included. No travel insurance in place when paid in advance. Sent us statement twice stating we owed them money when we paid in full 7 months in advance. Sent itinerary for the tour 2 days ahead, letting them know we book a hotel one day ahead, which they knew because they booked our airline. So many mistakes, the tour director was in touch with office daily to get approval from Office mgr. and owner Tyler. Out of her control since she had never been on this tour before. Office mgr. Elizabeth appears disorganized and overwhelmed with her duties. Susanna did come through with out of pocket expenses. Canadian Rockies was beautiful and the scenery was spectacular.!!

    Our sounds of *************** trip was a disaster. Trip & route changed while in flight to ******* Spent 3 hrs at *******airport for pickup. Taxied to our motel to find out no reservations/they were cancelled. Back to airport. Finally was contacted & bussed 2+hrs to ******** ******** Whole trip was changed with a lot more back & forth travel by bus. Sites changed, motels changed. All of less quality. We were given 2 extra days for the inconvenience BUT NEVER RECEIVED IT. Toilet did not work on bus. Lot more to this nightmare. No apologies, no partial refunds provided.
