      This has been the absolute worst company I have ever encountered!!! I don’t even have the words to describe how they have been in my home and have been messing up since day one. Less than 1 year ago I got a brand new install-it has been problems after problems after problems!!! To this day-I am having issues that is THEIR FAULT, and they want to make this my reliability.. just last evening I have water coming from my AC unit into my bathroom ceiling that has now caused bubbles and water leaking… all because most likely they didn’t install a drain pan switch that is a safety feature for when the pan fills it will shut the machine down… and that didn’t happen !!! AC still running, and we didn’t notice anything until we felt the water dripping from my light fixture in the bathroom on our heads!! Major FIRE HAZARD… I can go on with all the BS that happened, but in all, stay away from this company!

      I would like to share my experience with this company , so other customers would not go through what I did My experience with this company was the worse experience in my entire life I was very disappointed and shocked about coming to my home and finding the disturbing mess and unprofessional work done by the OMNiICARE .In the beginning I have witnessed a few things but have not said anything. But what I witnessed a a few days latter was disgusting and caused damage to my personal property. Oil was thrown into my shower, dirt all over my rugs in the basement, door broken, my towels beyond filthy with the mess your workers did. Oil dumped all over my shower and me getting dizzy from the smell and almost fainted. I do not need to write anymore as the evidence with pictures explains everything. This is the first time I have experienced such terrible customer service Tom who represented the company did not even pick up the phone after I needed his help , I would highly advised you to stay as far as you can from this company

      Great team - team of people with integrity - Quality people - quality workmanship Did not get everything perfect - owned it and made it right Talented team members - know their stuff - love what they do and do it right Jimmy the owner is a quality person - who heard there was a problem personally came - understood it - owned it and resolved it - quality person
