    Petes RV in Windsor, CT has the worst sales person in the world. The sales person Devin pointed out all different RV’s and prices. I explianed the second time what we needed but he wanted to continue to talk about price like we could not afford their product. Very rude!!!! We end up leaving and called back to have the name of the sales associate but transfered to sales manager. I explined briefly but he transfered me back to receptionist stating that he did not know why she transfered the call to him. I left to a different RV dealer and purchased our new RV and this horrible place lost a customer for life!!

    This is by far the worst company. We purchased a 2019 jayco 33Rvps. This has been nothing but a nightmare. They have had this trailer 95 percent of the time. They had many service managers. We have only used this one season and had problems we were promised everything would be taken care of. Now they are saying they are not covering it problems. This has been nothing but a nightmare. DON’T BUY Anything from them.They are not standing by anything even though they have had this trailer more than us.

    Only one star because it required me to choose a rating. The salesman was extremely unprofessional and rude. Called several time to confirm appointment. Once I arrive on time for my appointment the camper was not on site and just ignored me once he was called out for not having prepared for our set meeting. The regional office had contacted me about a $25 dollar service credit I had randomly won after being put into their system. Once I had explained my experience and left speechless after the total waste of time and money. The customer service agent reassured me that she would be sending this to upper management and I would be contacted. I have no had one call from the office I had visited or any managers at the regional level. I am at a complete loss of words how this company is running and wouldn’t want my worst enemy to have this experience and would like to help others.
