    RTT towed my vehicle 8/27/2022 at 2 am. After every attempt at negotiating a drop, they told me it needs to go to the yard (NO DROPS). I asked the driver if any of their equipment would damage my car and he insisted it wouldn’t. I paid $230 to get my car back at the yard. The next day I am working on my car and I see my bumper is very scratched and damaged. RTT told me I’m outta luck because I “can’t prove it”. I was told I’d get a call back but I never got one.

    On 7/9/11 while visiting *********** ********** in ****** RTT LLC tow - dba ***** ********* arrived. Before the tow even dropped we were going towards my vehicle to find out why he was attempting to tow my car. He claimed my car wasn’t parked in a right spot but there was no sign that said resident parking and the entire side aside from 6 other cars was vacant so my car was not causing any disruption. He refused to drop my car saying it was hooked up already but that was not the case. He had an additional person strap my car while we were speaking. He also said it would cost me 220$ and he would drop it down the street if I paid cash. He threatened to bring it to the shop and charge an additional 40$ and also threatened to keep my car until Monday because I was arguing with him. I told him to take the car to the shop and when I arrived I was charged 193.56 - not only was there an obvious price discrepancy from what he originally quoted which is fraud, they demanded cash even tho the building hours posted outside said the office was open and there several credit cards logos noted. There was an additional 56$ fee they demanded payment for but would not explain what it was. This business claims to be family orientated but obviously has no morals and values. They were dishonest and have no diginity from the beginning towing for no valid cause and additionally trying to upcharge me and telling me “he was doing me a favor” by offering to drop the car down the street and threatening to hold it for multiple days all in the same breath.
