Had my car break friday night had to get it towed to this place! asked them the daily charge they said something like $27 a day i said ok see you monday morning. Went to pay what i owe and said i was going to have AAA tow my car to my preffered garage. They said they have to tow it from their lot to the front for AAA to pick it up because AAA can go in their lot. i said are you charging me for this. they said yes its $125. i said for this price ill puah it out front. She laughed!! Totaling $420 somethng dollars if i pay cash or $440 something if i pay with card! Damn scammers and crooks everywhere. i deserve $125 back!!

Hi ********, We are sorry you feel this way about your experience with us. We have a minimum hook fee of $125 as we stated to you. Your vehicle was towed to your preferred garage by us for that minimum hook fee. Services were provided. AAA providers do not have the insurance minimums required to enter our lot and that is why we need to tow the vehicle out of our yard for them to retrieve it. As to you pushing your vehicle out of our yard, that is prohibited for many reasons including liability reasons. We hope you understand the reasonings behind our rules and explanation. Thank you, RTT LLC

My cousin was helping me move in and parked directly across from my apartment. My doors were open and we were noticeably moving. RTT came and attached her vehicle to the tow truck- we immediately ran out and explained that I am just moving in and we can move if needed. He told me he was towing her car anyways and to check my lease- my lease explicitly says "1. Open parking is first come first come first serve - spaces are not reserved." While I learned there were specific visitor parking areas, this was not made clear to me, nor did I expect this issue when I am actively moving. So the staff member towed her car despite this and required 294 dollars in cash only. He would not allow her to get her car seats for her two children or her belongings out of the vehicle. This was a very disappointing experience.

Giving 1 star because BBB doesn't allow 0 stars. They were rude, unprofessional, and up-charge insane amounts.
