    Cary was fantastic. The inspection was thorough and informative. He walked me through each item and answered all of my questions. He even told me a few items that weren’t an issue now but he would address in the coming years. I would only call Cary if I was buying a house!

    Cary was amazing, very thorough, took his time to help explain what he was looking at and why. About to become a first time home owner, it can be overwhelming. Having Cary review everything has already paid for itself as he picked up a plumbing issue that would have been our responsibility. I can’t speak to his professionalism and expertise enough.     Cary was extremely thorough and professional. Purchasing a home can be both exciting and stressful but he explained everything in a clear and concise manner. I recommend Cary for anyone who needs a home and/or septic inspection. Cary gave me the tools I needed to make an informed decision on the purchase of my new home. Highly recommend!

    I used Cary for an inspection in ******** My knowledge was very limited and he explained every aspect in an easy to understand manner.
    The inspection took two and a half hours, as he had suggested, and the full report was provided the next day.
    Cary is very friendly and informative; I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

    We wanted an inspection to address any issues before we put the house on the market. Once identified we can begin to resolve them. The inspection was very comprehensive and allows us time to resolve what was identified during the inspection.
    Cary did an excellent job. He has years of experience and was the right man for our unique old home.
    I would recommend him for any inspection.

I am using Cary for the second time, he is the most thorough inspector I have ever dealt with.( This will be my sixth home purchase). Cary takes the time to explain each step of the process and discloses his findings with you in a way a lay person can understand. Cary leaves no stone unturned.     Cary was extremally professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took his time to make sure we looked at everything and nothing was missed.
