    10/10 recommend Mr. O'Neil for his services. Detailed and thoughtful reporting, fair and flexible pricing, and perhaps most importantly - RELIABLE. Cary was crucial in enabling my wife and I to make very important decisions (as well as to negotiate) during our home-buying process. Notably, he helped us to steer clear of several large, and even undisclosed, issues - effectively saving us countless dollars in what would've otherwise been unforeseen but definitely much home needed repairs. What's more, he accommodated us (and quite well I'll add) throughout all of this while we were buying from out of state!
