Very efficient operation. Christian was particularly helpful. Estimated and actual costs were right on the money. Followed the furniture plan. Don’t know why clothes can’t be kept in dressers.CT Moving and Storage

As for the dresser drawers, we understand that can be a bit inconvenient. In some cases we do require them to be emptied for safety. This helps prevent damage and makes them easier to move securely. 5 starsI could not be happier with the service we received. Scheduling the move went very smoothly. Ben communicated clearly and often as the move date approached. The team arrived exactly in time, were very careful with our things as they were wrapped and packed for transport. The guys were professional, careful and very pleasant to deal with. We had a long trip to get to delivery location, and yet when we arrived, they got right back to work and expertly unpacked everything. Nothing was damaged. Everything was carefully placed where we asked. When it came time to settle the bill, as promised there were no surprises or hidden fees. Had a very small move in Feb 2025. I emailed them multiple times to confirm that I was estimating the correct amount only to be charged an additional $110 at the end. Movers were very nice, but definitely not the fastest I've had. Seemed like they were purposely going slowly to jack up the cost. What really upset me is they charged over $100 for THEM traveling TO me. When I asked if the travel cost was between my apartments I was told yes only to be told at the end I owed an hour extra for them traveling to me. Never heard of something like that before so clearly I will not be using them again. I don't get paid to travel from my home to work, why would that be a factor in any cost? All in all, be prepared for some hidden cost.CT Moving and Storage

We strive to be transparent with our pricing, and as communicated via phone, email & text, and our FAQ, we have a three-hour minimum, which includes our work time + 45 minutes of flat rated travel time. This travel time is standard practice. The very first question on the FAQ email which we see has been viewed is -what is travel time? Which is explained once again. We apologize if the speed of the move didn’t meet your expectations. Our team works efficiently while ensuring the care of your items. We had a move from CT to Long Island and it was really perfect. Evwrthing was wrapped and pa jed neatly and arrived in perfect shape. The guys were friendly and polite and set everything up quickly. The amount we paid was lower than the estimate. Amazing!CT Moving and Storage
