I was extremely impressed with CT moving from start to finish. When I called to inquire about moving a baby grand piano, Julio could not have been more helpful in explaining the process / cost and them scheduling a time that worked around my schedule. Mateus and his crew were very professional and moved my Piano with great care. I highly recommend!

This was the worst service they lacking customer service. The movers took longer than what the move should’ve taken. They were very condescending as I felt they were doing because I was a woman. They didn’t complete the job. They broke my couch and still want me to pay the balance, even though they didn’t finish the job. And won’t allow me to submit a claim for restitution. The manager wouldn’t even come out and talk to me. So consumer beware Julio, Aaron and Charlie were definitely discriminating towards womenCT Moving and Storage

We are sorry that you feel this way, but the claims you've made are not accurate and appear to be defamatory. We would like to address each point:
Service completion: We completed 98% of the job in good faith. Upon reaching the final stage of the move, you refused to pay your bill, at which point you proceeded to go onto our truck and push the sofa off the truck yourself, which unfortunately led to the damage to your furniture.
Manager interaction: You did meet with our manager, and no one was attempting to avoid communication. We have nothing to hide and are always willing to discuss any concerns with our customers directly.
Sofa placement: Had the balance been paid in full, we would have moved your sofa to the basement as initially planned. Since the payment was not completed, we moved the sofa inside your home but could not take it to the basement. We did offer to return and move it to the basement at no additional cost, but this would require full payment of the balance owed, which was not settled.
We take pride in providing quality service and treating all customers with respect, regardless of gender, and we do not tolerate any form of discrimination. We are more than willing to work with you to resolve this matter, but we cannot accept false accusations or defamation.Review fromDrexie C

The best Movers!! I booked my move with them on the same day after my other movers canceled on me. They came promptly on time. Aaron was very helpful with the process and the Mateus crew was fast a very efficient, kind, respectful, caring and knows their job very well. This was an awesome moving company. If we ever require their services in the future, we're absolutely reaching out to CT Moving and Storage!
They were on time with arrival and the hourly quote was very accurate. The crew carefully moved our items and took care of moving furniture out of the condo and into the new house.
If any of my friends require moving services, I'm recommending y'all. It's well worth the money and backache to hire a reputable company. Thanks so much again!!CT Moving and Storage

Our moving experience with CT Moving and Storage was great. From the time I have reached out with questions and got a quote to the time when our furniture where at the new place service was exceptional.
Moving crew was very polite and respectful, there was no damage to any of the items, and most of all price was really good. I will go with the company again in the future and will recommend them to friends and familyCT Moving and Storage

They took exceptional care of my furniture and boxes and were also careful in making sure there was no dirt or damage when we arrived to my new home. Very happy with my choice to go with Ct Moving and Storage. From my first phone call to when the truck and crew pulled away. Matt and his crew were very professional and courteous and treated my possessions as if they were their own. Came on time and worked nonstop until the job was finished. First rate organization. Once again CT Moving and Storage far exceeded expectations with customer service and quality. Of work.
Today we had Vinny’s crew, friendly, non stop workers that were mindful of every piece they touched. Very focused on making our lives easier vs making their lives easier.
Our move was scheduled for a day from this. Current day, but, the situation of our contractors finishing early, created a situation that we could accept delivery early. The CT team made adjustments on the fly, and got us our delivery a day early,. It made our lives easier., and we appreciated it.
I really can’t say enough good things about the entire team. If you are moving, I would hope you look beyond slogans and trust that this company has figured out how to be the best at what they do.CT Moving and Storage
