We hired CT Moving & Storage to move us from our rental to our new home in June 2024. Communication to get a quote and booking an appointment was great. Sean and Leo showed up on time, and finished moving us out and in under their 3-hour allotment! They took care of our furniture and were courteous when coming in and out of our new home. They also moved us on arguably the hottest day of the year!! Would highly recommend and will be hiring if we ever move again. Pricing was very reasonable.

5 starsCT Moving & Storage is a 5 Star ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? Moving Company. I've used this company once before and was extremely satisfied and just very recently used them again for moving my daughter from one state to another . You are not going to find another trustworthy company ! Sales rep Aaron is the most decent, understanding, patient and reliable man in this business. Believe me on this, as I have dealt with others who are not ! Carlos and Willyan are very reliable, respectful, and careful movers while handling your precious household belongings, They are the employees who represent CT Movers and Storage. They kept in touch with me during the entire moving process and followed through with what they said, as did the sales rep., Aaron. You will not be disappointed with this company and its employees. Disappointing to see a company that takes advantage of a single female. Having my daughter make an apartment move without my help proved to be a very bad decision. This dishonest company showed up at 8:30am but sat in the parking lot until 9am (30 minutes billable but wasted). Then 3 hours to load a one bedroom apartment. 90 minutes to drive to new apartment (billed for 2 hours) and 2 hours to unload. Billed for 9 total hours (added an hour on each side for driving time). $1400 for a 1 bedroom apartment. When she tried to argue the rates they brought her to tears because she only had a $1k budget (as quoted). They told her they wouldn't unload the truck if she didn't pay in full regardless of whether she agreed with the charges. Plan to dispute the charges with the credit card company and contact the better business bureau. DISHONEST, DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.CT Moving and Storage

We are an upfront and honest company, and we ensure that all charges and our billing process are clearly communicated. Everything was discussed with ***** and sent clearly in our confirmation email, including our rates and billing procedures. No formal estimate was provided, and our policy of payment upon delivery was also outlined in the confirmation email.
We acknowledge your concern regarding the billing hours. Our team did complete the move earlier than estimated, and we are applying a one-hour reimbursement to the card used for the payment.

I had never hired a moving company before so I really didn’t know what to expect except for the tips the company gave me. I was just so pleased with the quality and professionalism that they gave right from the start. The care of each item taken into consideration. Communication with where items were to go and the time spent efficiently was all high standard. I would highly recommend and would higher again. The move was seemless and stress free. I had called at least 4 other movers in my area and didnt even get return calls.
Julio returned my call right away and we scheduled the move.
Christian, Cristian ,Eric and Thales showed up on time and handled the move professionally.
I give these men 5 stars for the way they handled my move and would highly recommend them.CT Moving and Storage

I’ve a lot of moves in my life ( I’m
70) I’ve never worked with a more professional team. Every piece of furniture was meticulously wrapped in moving blankets and shrink wrapped. The crew payed careful attention to what was delicate. They arrived on time and moved every item into our new premises carefully. Not a scratch on anything or a wall nicked. Gui was a terrific manager communicating to his team and with us during the entire process. These guys worked really hard and got the job done quickly and exceeded our expectations. Sean , Leo and Maykan were the best !
They went above and beyond .
They had to move items from our storage , and then go back to our apartment and load their truck from *** ** ******* .
They helped unload our car as well and put together all the furniture quickly and professionally . They moved everything around to position the furniture to our liking .

THALES CREW (Carlos ,Maikon ,Hudson ,Elton) were fantastic! They handled my mother's move and we were so happy with their service. They managed the entire move from packing to delivery including an additional stop to a storage unit. They provided excellent service in addition to being kind and considerate during a big life move. I do not recommend this moving company !!!
This move was across the state ********** ****** ** *** ****** ******* I was told initially that the cost must be paid by debit/credit card and no personal checks.
The four movers worked very hard but three out of the four guys only spoke Portuguese so there is no way to speak to them. They are trained by the company to shrink wrap everything, take furniture apart and tape everything including the rooms with writing instruction of where to put belongings. Please note, you will be charged for it all. You will also be charged a 4% valuation charge for using your credit/debit card which is clearly ridiculous since they specifically mention no personal checks accepted (what the hell is that !!). Note that taking furniture apart means time to take when putting them back together, wrapping each item with shrink wrap and/or tape. All to charge you more !!

We were able to accommodate your move on very short notice, as your original movers canceled on you via text message. You first contacted us on 5/28, and we scheduled your move for 5/30. Upon scheduling, you received a confirmation email detailing all of our charges and payment methods, ensuring transparency in our pricing structure.
Regarding communication, while three of our movers primarily speak Portuguese, they are highly skilled professionals trained to handle all aspects of your move efficiently. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent service regardless of any language barriers.
As for the charges, our policy on payment methods and the 4% valuation charge for using credit/debit cards is standard practice, and was clearly communicated during our initial conversation and in the confirmation email. To show our goodwill, we have refunded the 4% fee to your card.
At the delivery destination, our team faced unexpected challenges with the elevator breaking down. Despite this, they carried all your belongings from the 5th to the 8th floor without complaint, demonstrating their commitment to completing your move smoothly.
Taking furniture apart, wrapping items, and reassembling them are all part of the meticulous care we provide to ensure your belongings are protected during the move. These services are billed hourly, as stated in our communications with you.
We are pleased that all items were wrapped and protected for your move, ensuring they arrived safely.
