      While the installation portion of our experience was a positive one, the side where we to actually accrue & use credits was a nightmare. Through no fault of our own, we ended up having to continue to pay for our full electricity bill while having to pay for the loan (essentially a double payment each month). When reaching out to representative, we were continuously told that the higher ups need us to wait and see if the problem is rectified on our CMP bill, meaning we have to wait another month. This wait and see process is very unsettling and frustrating and should not be happening.

      From my first contact until well after the installation was completed Venture kept me informed. Zak and his crew went right to work and didn't stop until everything was picked-up and put away. The whole crew was happy to answer my questions during the install. Zak was very patient setting up and explaining the app on my inexpensive smartphone. Thank you Venture!
