4 starsThey did a good job picking up and delivering the car. We were not happy with being asked at the last minute to try to set up a Venmo account, which did not work for us. We were quite willing to pay them but they insisted on a payment app, which we have never used. Eventually things worked out and we were able to use a different app. But they should have told us this requirement beforehand.
