    Excellent service. Very responsive and constantly keeping in touch regarding the location of the shipment and pick up and arrival times. They also follow up after completion to determine if everything went according to schedule. Competitive pricing.

    Very responsive and great communication. Arranged shipment within 3 days at a good price. Checked in throughout the process and driver also had great communication and delivered on time as promised. Would use A-AAA again!

    Great company! Would highly recommend!
    I called and my car was on the hauler to be transported from ******* ** ******* the same day ( sooner than originally scheduled-thank you)!
    Always kept in the loop -driver touched based a few times as he got closer n was right on with the time of delivery !!!

    Hired AAA Auto Transport, LLC to transport my vehicle from state to state. I received a call from the drive to pick up the vehicle who stated he was running late because he had to pick up his kids. He arrives to pick up my vehicle on a Thursday night. I asked when will it arrive to the next state. He stated some time Saturday afternoon. I received a call from the driver Saturday evening stating he would deliver my vehicle Tuesday after the holidays. I stated that was unacceptable, I needed my vehicle for work. He stated he would call me back. Received call from Drive about 2 hours later stating he would deliver my vehicle tomorrow (Sunday) morning before 10am. Sunday morning received a call from driver about 1040am, at my residence with my vehicle, could I open the gate. I stated I don't have a gate. He said he knows where I am at, and would be right there. I then go outside to meet the driver. As I waited outside, I observed my vehicle being driven up to me by the drive with a silver truck following. The driver drove up to me in my vehicle. I gave him a puzzled looked, and said "did you drive my vehicle here?" He replied, yes. I asked was it towed? He said, no he filled the vehicle up and drove it here. I took possession of my vehicle, paid him, and stated I will deal with the company.

    I immediately, called AAA auto Transport, and got the operator, who took my complaint and said Anna would be calling back on Tuesday. By 4pm on Tuesday, I had not received a call, so I called and asked to speak with Anna. We spoke, I explained my disappointment with the driver driving my vehicle. She stated since there was no damage to my vehicle there was nothing she could do. So what am I looking for? I stated to her is this customary for your driver's to drive the vehicles to there destination. She said no, that is not their policy or procedure and she will have to speak with the driver. But nothing could be done about it.
    This was unprofessional and very disrespectful.

    Moved my daughter from ** ** ********. Got a quote through BBB, and called to discuss. The entire team was super helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. The driver reached out before pick up and provided pictures and video. Delivery was on time. I would definitely recommend A-AAA Auto Transport!
