    Back in Sept, a driver from point pick up delivered our groceries. However, instead of leaving the property peacefully, she decided to run over our fresh cut well manicured lawn with her car. We have pictures of her doing this and a video which shows that it was intentional. Our private driveway is spacious and bigger vehicles such as *** and ***** has had no issue. The video shows the driver stopping and then proceeding to run over the lawn. We have sent back and forth emails with point pick up and provided them the evidence. They offered to pay $75 for the damage. This was two months ago and they have not sent in payment. I am extremely disappointed and need help. $75 is not much and I don’t know why they won’t pay it even though they agreed.

    I ordered an item from ***********. They used Point Pickup to deliver my item. My item was dropped off and the driver took a picture of it on my steps showing "delivered" and then stole my package. I have it all on my **** camera. I've tried contacting PP multiple times and can't get in touch and their live agent chat on website will not help me.

    I received an email on 12/2/2022 at 2:11am that I had/have an account that is “blocked due to performers issues”. I have never performed any services for this business and emailed them on 12/2, 12/3, 12/5, 12/6, 12/9, looking for further information and to see if an account was made without my knowledge, I have not received any correspondence back. Being concerned about my identity I asked for whichever account was linked to to my email be deleted and I have not received any responses. That is still all I want, my information to be deleted from their platform.

    I have been blocked from the delivery app without explanation or cause by PPU. I responded to the email and they said they would look into the matter and would respond in 48-72 hours, but it has been well over a week and they have not attempted to contact me or resolve the problem. I noticed the "F" rating with the BBB. I am guessing this means they never attempt to resolve these issues. Is there any govt. agency I can contact for help?

    POINTS PICKUP APP blocked my number for NO reason. I found it is happening to a lot of people. Something is wrong with this company to do this to people. I have tried to contact them but they will NOT respond.

    September 27, 2022. I reedemed 500 of my rewards points for a $5 ******* e gift card. September 28,2022 I check my account and email no confirmation or gift card.
    September 30, 2022 I call customer care and advised my order still pending.
    October 7, 2022 I check and my card has been cancelled. I call customer service and they were advised to inform me that gigpoint cancelled the card and would refund my points there was nothing she as a representative could do.
    October 20, 2022 still no points returned or gift. No apologies or notifications to an update. My calls to customer support do nothing because they don't help. They just say there is nothing they can do and there is no way to find out any other information.

    I closed my Pointpickup app account. I have contacted Pointpickup (driving) via their privacy email ( located in your PointPickup policy), which is not working, as well as through help, payments, and account emails. It is very difficult to get a hold of someone from Pointpickup. I provided my personal information via ****** connect (which was connected to my Pointpickup app) on 7/31/22. I am requesting that all of my personal information held within my ****** Connect account and my ****** Connect account is deleted. I did contact ******. The company told me that you need to delete my ****** Connect account on your side first before ****** can delete my personal information/account on their side. ****** gave me these instructions for you to delete my ****** Connect account: https://******.com/docs/api/accounts/delete

    Presently, the comany is showing that you have not deleted my ****** Connect account. I would like to communicate with one of your managers or the owner at Pointpickup. Can you please take care of this for me and let me know when this has been completed? Thanks.

    Thank you so much for your email and thank you for being a delivery driver for us.  As you know, ****** is the Bank that was used to pay you as you delivered orders for us.  I think that certain records need to be kept for tax reasons so that we can send you your W-9 but I'm happy to see what else you may need or how I can help further.     Hi my name ******** ***** and I order a tv from *******. *************** That’s the tv order number. The tv suppose to came in one day and never did. I also kept calling and reaching out. On July 19 my order had said deliver but the tv was never delivered. It’s Also was require a signature the guy never came to my door and knock. He suppose to took the tv back if it didn’t have a signature. He stole the tv or he gave it to someone else. I made a police report. And I don’t see how these company hire people that steal. I work hard for my money and my son was suppose to have a tv. I waited and took off 2 days from work and lost pay for a tv that never got delivered to me the driver either stole or gave it away. He said he deliver my tv at 4 some and it had a picture. It had no pictures and tv wasn’t there I was there all day and I stay upstairs. I have proof you suppose show id.
