They steal money from the delivery workers.. They are unreachable for drivers and customers... They don't respond to emails. .
I've made several trips that I was never paid for.. The trips went missing like I've never made them at all but I have the notification for trips I've made as well as screen shots!!!
I'm here to file a complaint and leave a review

They've blocked my account because I did my deliveries in an order that was convenient for me and my gas tank. I've provided pictures at the customers homes with their packages etc. They lied and told me it was in the contract to deliver them in order. No where does it states that. It says I am completely responsible for delivering my customer packages. This is happening in **. I signed up in ************ and never had this problem. My last 3 packages were longer distance that didn't matter to me. I had an emergency to pick my kids up from my sister who was watching them for me. I can't even get my money and no one had contacted me to even give me my money. From yesterday and today I have money pending and they are treating me very unfair. I've used my gas and millage and expect to be treated fairly. I've worked for ****, left, I didn't get this treaent in nursing. I chose this app because my toddler can't go to school yet so I can't work in nursing and now they do this. We drivers have feelings too and they use us to go 20 minutes from one town to the next and then back to the same town you start instead of having all packages delivered in that same town. This sucks and they need to be more professional and courteous to everyone. They have no professionalism whatsoever.
