This company that also goes by Radius Media Group is awful! It preys on the elderly, signing them up for unwanted, unsolicited and not needed magazines to the point it causes panic and nervousness in my 81 year old aunt who is overwhelmed with magazines coming from everywhere. There has to be a way to stop this company as it appears this is ongoing with many elderly and should be illegal. What is the benefit?.

This medium scam company signed me up for 4 magazines that I had no knowledge of for $30, which was also listed as $30 recurring. When I called the number to find out the source, I was told that the company name was "Free Rewards Plus"!!! (And I asked the question repeatedly.) I was given an website to write to and no telephone number.
I decided to call one of the magazines that I received to get to the source of the problem. The gave me the source as RADIUM MEDIA GROUP. After speaking to Radius, I discovered that one of their branches (departments) was called Free Rewards Plus.........SCAM.
I contacted by bank account, credit card company, and now will call AMAZON (my last stop). BEWARE OF BEING PUT ON REWARDS programs because of these scams.
No refund, but RADIUS said that they cancelled my subscriptions!!!! I canceled the card that it used to charge me. BEWARE of rewards and this company.
