    I began receiving two magazines about two months ago. I never ordered or signed up for either of them yet they keep coming. I called one magazine and was told that Radius Media Group was doing this. I tried contacting them today, and had to leave a message since they won't talk to you. I don't believe they will contact me back since this is one of the ways they scam you. They are a fraudulent business and ought to go bankrupt for all the headaches they cause to so many people not to mention their hard earned money being taken by these crooks!

    Within the last month ****** **** magazine began arriving at my address. I checked with friends and family to make certain that one of them had not sent me this magazine as a gift. None had. Then I called ****** ****. Customer Service at the magazine told me that Radius Media Group was sending the magazine. I tried to cancel the subscription, but was only able to stop delivery. I was told I had to contact Radius directly in order to cancel. Radius has one phone number. I left messages, but no response. I phoned all three of the Customer Service numbers, without being able to speak to a person and without any responses to my messages. I never ordered ****** ****. I do not want ****** ****. I want an end to this saga. Please help me.

    Radius (or Radus) Media Group phone####-###-#### claims to have been authorized by my Mother in Law, ********* ********* (** ******** *** ******* ***** ** *****) on July 8th to activate a subscription to FreeRewardsPlus, with a 30 day free trial, $24.99 per month afterwards. They ‘rewarded’ her with 5 ‘free’ magazine subscriptions to ***** **** ****** magazines. She does not shop online, we have to do any online ordering for her. I called them, they claimed she signed ip for ********* and that ‘included’ the free 30 day trial. She has no idea why they have her information. I cancelled the $24.99 per month subscription but they require an email or letter mailed to them to dispute any charges.

    I received 2 magazines today that were ordered by Radius Media Group. I did not authorize either subscription.

    I called both magazines to cancel and they can only stop delivery. Both told me I needed to contact Radius directly to cancel and stop charges.

    Their phone number is not operational. It does not even ring.

    I didn't authorize this company or agree to any kind of subscription. I was trying to reach out ******* an file a claim, and somehow transferred to this fraudulent scam line. In which I thought was apart of *******, until they kept asking my credit card Information and asking me did I want sign up for offers, in which declined. The person got rude an hung up on me . Now receiving letters and bills stating I subscribed to this fraudulent account. I email them informing them I didn't authorize it and to cancel this scam account. I also notified my bank of this compromise. Please help and investigate theses criminals , I'm already sick and I don't need no more stress in my life.

    This company signed me up for magazine subscriptions I did not ask for. I don't even know if I'm paying for then or not. Take me off these subscriptions now RADIUS Media Group. I never asked for this.

    My mother is 84 years old and bought something from a different vender who somehow is "partnered" with Radius Media. Radius Media then used her credit card information to call her and under the guise of simply CONFIRMING her credit card, which they are calling her "verbal consent" and signed her up for a $24.99 A MONTH subscription to "Free Reward Plus", which is an online shopping portal. My mother does not even have a computer. They told her there was a $25.00 rebate (a voucher than needed to be filled out ON LINE). Again, my mother has no computer and certainly did not SIGN up to anything. My mother is fairly competent but on the phone, when speaking fast she will not be able to hear clearly or understand that this was a marketing call from a completely separate vendor. IF someone HAS her credit card and simply asks her to confirm it, you can see why she'd be confused. This is scamming the elder. It's elder abuse. They should be ashamed of themselves. I have now canceled it, but that's at least $50.00 my mother has lost, not to mention the promise of a $25.00 gift card per the business. They were very dismissive on the phone as I told them that this was not a very honorable way to get business.....

    A $29.95 recurring charge appeared on my credit card from P* **** ********** ** and has been charged for all of 2023 and January 2024. I never signed up for anything from this scam company. I tried calling the number to demand a refund and it is answered with a recording that asks for my phone number, then repeats itself, There is no option to speak to a person, and there is no way to get through the robo menu.

    This customer agreed to our join our program after calling to purchase a by phone. When presented with our offer, the customer initially said yes. She was told by the phone representative that the program could be tried and cancelled at any time and that she could call with 37 days to cancel and never be billed. She was also told a welcome notification would be mailed (it was sent ***** ***** ** Mail, and the letter was not returned as undeliverable). In addition, the representative gave our toll-free customer service number, and the customer can be heard on the call recording copying the number down.

    We did not hear form the customer until November 4, 2023. She complained to BBB on March 4, 2024.

    I am receiving four magazines. I did not order them. I can't figure out which bank account they might be coming out of. One of the magazines is Vanity Fair. I called them and was told they showed no amount with the magazine from them, but I could order it through them for $24.00. I was told all 4 magazines were going through Radius Media Group, I was given their phone number ###-###-####. I called them they would not give me any information. If they are coming for free, I feel as if I will be charged at some point. How do I stop this!
