    I called to get a quote on the removal of a couch from my apartment and it had removable parts so it could be removed easily. I was told over the phone the cost would be about $125 plus any labor fee. That would cost around $300. So I booked it. They arrived. I told them that the couch had removable parts they couldn't figure out how to do it so they broke the couch into pieces to have it removed. In doing so they scratched my wood floor in 3 spots (and I had asked them to be careful about the floor). When it was done they presented me with a charge of $855.97 that was to be paid by credit card. I called the company to register a complaint and have yet to hear from them. I was informed by they're workers that there was a 2hr minimum for removal and a 2 hr minimum for labor which was in 15 minute increments of $14. They arrive at my house at 9:05am and left at 9:47am. They were at my house less than 45 minutes and I was charged for 2 hours of work. When I originally booked the job, the gentleman on the phone made no mention whatsoever about a 2 hour minimum for anything. In addition, they damaged my cherry wood floors. This is highly unacceptable. Judging from other reviews I just read here they are not a reputable company. Do yourself a favor and do not book them.
