      Customer service I went to Sikorsky to make a car payment On my son car and I went through **** Keep in mind it was a car payment not A withdrawal I spoke to a teller Charlene Very rude not helpful extremely argumentative arrogant the worst experience of my life telling me she can only take the payment she can’t tell me what month it will apply to no help at all after telling her I want to speak to a manager 100 time she finally got the manager who explained and told her to call someone because the lady told her to take the payment because she wouldn’t she start arguing back and forth and taking forever to give me my receipt on purpose she even threw the coins on me and tore down the divider the worst experience in my life with a business place

      I deposited a good amount of money into too Sikorsky credit union after I became disabled and they were aware my Situation. I closed out my Central one FCU in ******* **** after being a customer with them over 18 yrs, I sat down with Mr ****** bank manager who opened up a **** ***** account and a Savings account My friend was with me and Mr ****** was under the scrutiny with his bank CEO who was watching him My friend and I blew it off . Mr ****** had my Credit union Centrall one FCU on his screen telling us he needed to verify me with them, He took my deposits and printed out our receipts from a small calculator device on his desk to make us sign those unusual paper integrity slips that didn’t hold up etc we found that suspicious and then we noticed our deposits monies were moved Thru four suffixes and the paper slips integrity was faded after a week we then realized everything we did with online banking Central one FCU was still sending us the transaction as if we did it with them also Strange misspelled transactions We went thru paper statements as they asked found 3,accounts that we had activity and one that closed with a zero balance.Met with region supervisor Rocco he stated that account was a credit line? Linked to account we never ever had a credit line with them and on our computer we saw a ebill set up for 200!dollars a month not ours we were getting transactions via text messages from them ****** we made over 100 complaints called dept of banking police department which found a strange VPN accessing our accounts but because our paper statements were not seeing the pattern of Digital theft they couldn’t help us we hired it specialist went to FBI after my printer spewed out legal cell towers documents mixed in with our statements coming out of our computer! Also a corrupt file attached to out log in page at Sikorsky DIGITAL banking they refused to investigate and stated it was our computer We then had texted messages duplicates in middle of night
