    They know the law....even if it's not right!
    Purchased a machine here, upon getting it home immediately didn't like it. It was long and you couldn't maneuver it, couldn't plan you route on a trail. Contacted Sales Manager and owner (Josh), and they wouldn't stand by their product, only told me there is no cooling off period in CT and legally didn't need to take it back. They said I could trade it in for a machine that was 2-3 times the price. After talking a while, Josh insulted me and offered me $4,500 less than I paid only hours before.
    I should note, this could have been avoided if I were allowed to take the machine for a proper test drive. Sales team only allowed me to test drive it after I already had insurance on PAVEMENT with only the driver in a 6 passenger machine.
