    Have had nothing but issues since delivery and we have emailed and called and can not get anyone to help us! It’s extremely frustrating to spent this much money and can’t enjoy our spa. A big reason we went when Thermospa is we were told they had great customer service and so far we have seen none. Just empty promises.

    Mark B. went far above and beyond what my call was about. I simply wanted to order some products and he basically gave me a much badly needed tutorial on chemicals and general spa maintenance. I've had the tub for 5 years and thought I knew what I was doing. Thank you Mark, can't wait for hot tub season.

    Oh, and he saved me a couple of hundred dollars on my order too!

    Just received my spa and needed help balancing the water and getting it all set up and was confused and frustrated trying to figure out all the controls and water chemistry. Called support and connected with Mark B**** and he was able to rescue me from my frustration and taught me how to fix the water issues and to work the new spa! He was a lifesaver! He was super helpful and is now my new best friend! He was kind enough to share his cell number with me which I greatly appreciate and will use! I look forward to enjoying my new Thermospa hot tub with my family and friends.

    I had the best help ever from Mark B.... It is obvious he knows the equipment in and out. He solved my problems and helped me understand the system so that I can better trouble shoot in the future. He gave me advice on avoiding problems and how to deal with problems that might arise. He also gave me a direct
    link for any future contact. Just awesome tech support. I cannot say enough good about Mark. He's a gem!

    At the beginning everyone was very pleasant to deal with.
    However once we received the product. It went down hill from there. The spa leaked right away. We were not refunded a dime for all the water that was leaked out
    It took a month to get it fixed.
    First the Goggles broke
    First time using the rowing machine plastic broken.
    The wrong pool covers showed up.
    A tech has been out a few times.
    I reached out to thermospa nothing has been done. I stated I emailed plenty of times.
    It gives me no choice to go to BBB.

    I have had a Thermospa for many years. It has provided therapy for my special needs adult child and enjoyment for my grandchildren . Unfortunately, it developed some issues recently that could not be resolved by a local (expensive) repair person (name withheld) who, unfortunately, was recommended by the Thermospa company. So, I decided to tackle the issues myself, with the aid of Mark B***** of Thermospa.

    During my efforts to service my spa and order the appropriate parts, I have had the guidance and assistance of Mark B**** with Thermospa's technical and parts division. He has been a God send in helping me diagnosis the various problems that needed to be addressed; as well the ordering of the required correct parts and ultimately repair of my hot tub.

    His knowledge, patience and willingness to go the extra mile has made all the difference. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone seeking assistance with their Thermospa.

    On this day 6/6/2023 our heavenly Father brought me to mark, A representative of thermo spa . In my 61
    years interacting with customer service, parts department , wholesale department ,this was truly one for the Record books, his calm cool demeanor , removed all the frustration I was going through . His vast ray of knowledge and the willingness to listen and visualize the parts and pieces I was trying to order hit the nail right on the head. I thank thermo- spa for this awesome representative, he is truly an asset to your company.

    Mark B**** was so very patient and helpful. He has been the most supportive person with ThermoSpas since we bought the product. He taught me more on chemicals than anyone which has been our dissatisfaction with the company. We need more Mark B**** in customer service. Thank you Mark for going the extra mile and taking your time with me. You will always be my go to person. Hope you get recognized for doing an amazing job with a great attitude. God bless
