    Thermospa aquicisor diamond delivered. did not have a filter. Called customer service they ordered and sent thermoclear cartridge no filter. Called again they ordered filter and sent the wrong one. hoping the third call the product shows up and is right. It was very hard to get correct part numbers. The Manual had all spas in it and is outdated. I received no help setting it up even though the person selling it said I would. I had to navigate thru the 20 different spas with vague text. Or you can watch the youtube video that is not your spa. I hope poor customer service is not a norm for this company and their waste from lack of knowledge should be assessed and have better checks and balances in place.

    I recently contacted ThermoSpas service department because my Hot Tub's cover lift was no longer functioning, the screws had become worn, and the lift had either warped or had bent arm leaning far to the right. Long story short, Mark Berns at ThermoSpas took care of my problem immediately; not only did he ordered my lift?!! He took the time to find me a Hot tub company to service my lift, since the nearest ThermoSpas contractor was over 60+ miles away! This company was excellent and an A+ Rating from BBB. Mark is very passionate about doing the right thing for his customers! Since he took the time for me?!! I thought I'd return the favor! Keep up the excellent work Mark! And may God continue to remind us that there are still good peoples in His world! Thank you! *** ************

    I dealt with Mark B**** at ThermoSpa. What a pleasure to get to know more as he went the extra mile to help me with my two person Gemini Spa that was having heater issues. I got delivery of my Therma spa in 2003. This was the first problem I had with the heater which went bad. In spite of being 20 years old Mark went the extra mile to find out as much information as he could.. and thanks to him save me almost $8,000 enabling me to keep from buying an entirely new ThermoSpa!... he painstakingly took the time to find not just that I needed a heater but in addition a pressure switch and two sensors that would get my fantastic ThermoSpa working again in Peak condition. I would highly recommend Mark B**** to everyone as well as Therma spa as this unit lasted a very long time over 20 years now of service! Thank you Mark for being such a great helper and for all the advice you gave me in addition to getting me the right parts to get my heater working again:-)..

    Great spa, excellent service! Purchased a Gemini Gold Spa from ThermoSpa and just made my first supply order with Mark B. He was extremely knowledgeable and assisted me with getting just the right package of supplies! Highly recommend and . enjoying the spa as often as I can get a chance!

    We purchased a platinum 14’ Swim Spa from Thermospas. We love it. The quality is excellent but what impressed us the most is the customer support. Mark B**** was right there every day as he walked me through getting the spa water chemical balance perfect. We have water with a great deal of iron in it and this was a daunting task. He worked with me for over a week systematically helping and teaching me the principles and what to look for to keep the spa running perfectly. Thank you Thermospas for the quality products you sell and also for hiring experienced, friendly support personnel like Mark.

    WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE. I am about to call them and tell them to come get this JUNK and take the loss on my credit. We had it delivered OVER a week ago. It doesn't turn on. We've had the electrician out TWICE there is power running through to the hot tub but the tub won't turn on. I've called NUMEROUS times, sent the pics they requested, spoke to a number of people and was told I'd get a call to schedule a tech visit in 24-48 hrs... It's been FIVE DAYS and noone has called. I've spent OVER $15,000 & for that price someone should be included to fill it and set it up and MAKE SURE it works. Awful, awful company and they're a rip off. Once they get their money, you don't matter anymore. It's very sad. My tub has been sitting on my balcony for OVER a week doing NOTHING. I REFUSE to pay one single cent for this. As I said, I'll take the loss on my credit. I DON'T CARE at this point.

Our records show that we were able to have a field technician assist on 2/16 to resolve the issues you may be having and discovered that your hot tub was not wired in accordance with our technical specifications that were provided to you prior to hot tub installation. The technician was able to get your hot tub working during the visit but due to the electrical set up, additional issues have arisen and require a follow up visit. Our field technician will be contacting you ASAP to set up an additional appointment to resolve the remaining issues you’re having.

    NO TRUE!!!!? THE WIRING WAS ABSOLUTELY DONE CORRECTLY!!!! We just needed a bigger box HOWEVER, now the pumps don't work! I have called again to have a tech come out and look. I'm still awaiting a phone call. I should NOT be having these problems with al the money I paid for this!!!!! It's been 2 weeks now and I STILL cannot use my tub!!!

    Mark B**** was so very helpful in explaining all of the chemicals and how to use them. Someone else had been taking care of my spa and left me with zero knowledge about the process. Mark brought it down to a level that I could understand and help me with advice and ordering supplies. I put his extension as a contact in my phone and will be calling him directly for all future support. Give this guy a raise. 5 stars is not enough. Here are 5 more . ??????????. I am referring my brother to him, as well.

    We understood waiting 6 months for delivery since we added options to our ********* ** spa, however, we ordered exterior cabinet lighting which was never operational.
    10 months later. 2 incorrect parts shipments & 5 external customer service visits from contracted local spa companies who have cut up our thermafoil insulation & still have no idea where the cabinet lights plug in at. The latest excuse is that this model is new and no one knows what the problem is... perhaps the wiring harness is incorrect or installed backwards..seriously?? Wow, not impressed at all with lack of professionalism, and issue not expedited whatsoever to elevate any resolution at all.
    ThermoSpas has a great product, however, there is no direct support to the customer to resolve any issues like this that their local contracted spa companies can handle.
    Very expensive product, very inferior customer support & resolution to what you would think would be a simple issue.... not to mention very frustrating.

    Poor customer service. Purchased a $30,000 pool 10 months ago. Arrived damaged, has not been repaired. Want pool removed and a refund. Have had no response to requests for resolution.
