      Rat infestation in the apartment i rented from Ethan at blue garden management, rat feces and urine allover the apartment the smell is disgusting and making me noxious everyday, no accountability from management resolution, and being ignored. Found a dead rat along with joints, garbage and burnt plastics in the radiators last week and saw a rat run across the kitchen while at home. Structural damage to the wall, concrete and steel mesh falling off the wall underneath the radiators producing a strange smell, which was covered with rocks to hide. Car was towed because management forgot to give me a parking permit resulting in damages of over $1000 to my car.

      Blue garden is now refusing to return my security deposit at all, i have sent them an email with my new address they asked me to call Ethan. After speaking to Ethan he refused to send my security deposit to me. It has been over a month i have left the apartment and over 2 months since the rat infestation began, i recently had to sell my car because of the damages sustained from being wrongfully towed at the property.

      We take your concerns very seriously and sincerely regret any distress you have experienced. At Blue Garden Management, we strive to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for all our residents.

         Regarding your concerns about pests, we have had a professional pest control service come treat the apartment several times. We routinely treat our properties weekly. 

         In reference to structural concerns, we are committed to maintaining our buildings to high standards. If there was damage that needed repair, we asked that you submit a maintenance request so that our team can promptly assess and address any necessary fixes but we have  no requests on file.

         As for the parking permit issue, we sincerely regret any inconvenience. We have since parted ways with this towing company a few months ago. If you have any issues you should give them a call to resolve any issues. 

         Our goal is always to provide responsive service to our tenants, and we encourage open communication to ensure all concerns are properly addressed.Sincerely,

      I still never recieved my security deposit or any compensation for my vehicle or experience  that i had. This issue is still unresolved.
