    Rare to have such nice employees in the customer service field. In this case, the agent was MOST pleasant and knowledgeable to find some unusual parts. It was a pleasure to have such an awesome experience.

    I ordered a Solano 10x6 Gazebo from ******* which was fulfilled by *** ********** The box arrived in terrible shape; very old looking, taped together, and open ends. I suspect it was shipped like this from the seller and this was not the shipper's doing. The first piece needed to start building the gazebo was missing and another part was badly bent that we would not have been able to correct. I called ShelterLogic and spoke with Christina D******. She was very helpful and, after looking into things on her end, discovered that she could not just send me the missing/bent part and would actually have to send me a whole new boxed gazebo. While I was at first taken back at the prospect of having another 71lb item shipped to me, she pointed out that I would at least then have spare parts if anything were to ever happen to the canopy. The new gazebo arrived quickly and the box directly from the manufacturer was in perfect condition and nothing like what the retailer sold me. I'm happy that ShelterLogic was able to help me and that I did not have to try to go through the original retailer which likely would not have been as successful an experience. And I also really love my gazebo and am glad I purchased this ShelterLogic item!

    Had a minor defect on a new QuickShade. Called number on instructions. Got a nice human on the phone (Christina D.) who took care of issue with NO hastles. Very cool to talk to a person, no scripting, not condescending, and just fixed the issue. Took like 2 minutes. Done! Find your frame number on a sticker and it speeds things up. Thanks for the help Christina!

    I recently purchased a ShelterLogic AP 10x20 canopy/gazebo model# 26020. I had 2 grommets one on each of the 20' sides rip out and I had 4 poles that bent. I did register my product. I went on line to file a claim and it said that if the product was purchased within 30 days to call and submit a warranty claim rather than submitting it on line. I called and spoke with Lee Ann S***** absolutely awesome!! I followed the instructions had the parts #'s available and within 15 minutes Lee Ann had the parts ordered and shipped with an ETA of the end of the week. I was very surprised, we all know how these warranties work, you call get the run around and never really get any resolution. Not this time, it was painless, Lee Ann was genuinely concerned with my issue, resolved it and I was done. Lee Ann speaks volumes for Shelter Logic, this type of customer service goes a long way with me. Thanks for what you do.
