This is the model for what customer service should be! From the moment Ms. [Christina] D****** took my call, to the sending of her confirmation email, less than 6 minutes transpired to resolve the issue of missing components. If the shipment/delivery goes as well as the call, I anticipate complete satisfaction with this solution, I will absolutely be referring Shelter Logic to others.ShelterLogic Corp.

2 starsI purchased a Shelter Logic garage in a box to store building materials it worked great for about two years then the canvas became very brittle and tore easily, I gave them a pass on that issue because we live in an area where the sun eats everything. So I called the company to order a new cover the price I was quoted was twice what the entire original garage cost me. I was told this was because the replacement cover was made of a much heavier canvas, so I figured okay it will probably last much longer. It took months before receiving the new cover and once I did and compared the two materials I really couldn't tell the difference on top of that my original cover had doors on both ends and the replacement cover only had one end with a door. To start with I think it was real easy reaching a real person to talk to, it was very minimum buttons to push. Then when I was working with Leann she helped greatly and super in her support. I was able to make the correct purchase with her guidance. She also found the items I needed in a warehouse close to my location to reduce shipping and wait time. In addition told me what model number I need for future reference. I would gladly endorse Shelter Logic for the excellent customer service.ShelterLogic Corp.

I had a problem with the missing parts that I ordered from Lowe's. Martine initially helped me with my inquiry and documented my concerns accordingly. Ms. M. R**** followed up and resolved my concerns by shipping the missing parts. Ms. Rivas' ability to explain the possible outcomes and expectations was helpful. This company is lucky to have her as she plays an important role in handling problems that can go south!
