I just bought a condo under their management. They have been sending me bills that are different every time. They don't respond to emails. I have been asking about the bills nature and to explain the bill. They do not pick up calls even though their time to close is at 4pm & I called at 3pm. There is no way to leave a message. They sent a letter through their lawyer charging me for things they don't explain. I got the condo in October and they want me to pay for previous HOA fees even though I wasn't the owner. They tried to tell me there is a lien on the property which was not true. I bought the property without any liens on it. They sent a bill with multiple late fees which does not make any sense because I sent them 3 months HOA fee together. So their can not be any late payments.

This individual was the successful bidder at a foreclosure sale which took place on August 26, 2023. The sale was approved on September 11, 2023 and confirmed on October 1, 2023.

Unfortunately, the successful bidder ) Buyer )  did not do enough research and was unaware that additional fees were due at the time of closing. The Condominium Association attorney sent the successful bidder ( Buyer ) a letter informing them " Pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes Section 47-258, the Condominium Association has a statutory lien for Condominium charges together with costs and attorney's fees incurred by the Association in connection with preserving its nine-month priority lien in the foreclosure action. Pursuant to    C.G.S. Section 47-258 (b) the Association's lien is prior in right to any first and second mortgage if any. "

" Accordingly, I am providing the following the following breakdown of the Association's priority lien. "

Balance due on Priority Debt                                         $ 926.00 ( see ledger )                         Defense file legal Fee                                                   $ 400.00                                               Total Balance of Priority Debt Due                               $ 1,326.00

It should be noted that two letters were sent to the successful bidder before a response was received and no Resale package was ordered by the bidder ( Buyer ) prior to the sale.
