      They botched my move out dates costing me a day and half of my own time even though I confirmed it with them over 4 times. They also sent me an inexperience team of 3 instead of 4 as initially promised as a remedy.

      They also did a poor job on the estimate and the final total came in at over $1000 over what the original estimate was.

      Poor follow up from the company and multiple mistakes that I had to correct.

      I also had to be the one to initiate any sort of compensation or communication.

      They also charged the final balance that was over the initial estimate before I even had a chance to look at it/discuss it with them and they did so without my authorization.

      I also left multiple messages and sent them an email to discuss the large increase in the costs, but they didn't respond back to me. I again had to initiate communication only for them to tell me they "passed this on to corporate" but could not provide me with an ETA or a contact person. They were also hesistant to give me corporates number at first. I am not confident that they will follow up with me, so now not only have a lost a day and a half with the first error, I will now lose more time having to aggressively follow up with them since I'm not confident they will do so.

      100% do not recommend. I would give zero starts if that was an option.

      Do not hire this company to move you anywhere for the following reasons:

      1. I was told that there was no "contract" to sign after we had looked at an initial agreement together which should have been my first sign of danger to run because ended up paying several thousand more than expected.

      2. They did not bring enough people to appropriately do the job and I ended up having to pay them overtime just because they were understaffed. They also were not efficient and did not plan well with packing the truck and had to unload and reload parts of it to fit everything. In the end, they were not able to fit everything and assured me that they would have someone come pick up those items the next day and bring them. I still have not seen them.

      3. When they arrived at my new home, their truck severed my neighbors telephone wires and they, to my knowledge, have not even attempted to contact him.

      4. They damaged and broke many items and made the process of claiming money for reimbursement very difficult

      5. I have several items just missing completely

      6. The team leader there for the unloading process was not at all knowledgable or helpful. He wanted me to sign forms without really understanding them and was unable to answer my questions about them. It all felt very sketchy.
