      This has to be THE WORST dealership ever! In December 2022, I went there to try and finance a '17 Rogue that was advertised on their website. I immediately saw the car and the onlly salesperson(Stan) was busy with another customer..The place looked like a funeral home inside. I finally got his attention. Right away, I told him that my credit wasn't good and I had a 09 Murano and $500 for a trade. He told me no problem, he was so busy with the other customer, he gave me the keys, to try it overnight! Yeah right.. After not hearing anything back, I began to call and after getting the runaround for days, I assumed they couldn't approve me. I called again and the games began. He started asking for more cash down and tried to offer me cars that I wasn't interested in. I can't count the number of inquiries that started to pile up! Eventually, I had to call the credit companies and have my reports locked. Everytime I called, I'd get one excuse after the other and still no car. I've never heard of a dealership that doesn't intend to sell cars. They even called me to tell me that I left my Handicapped Tag in the Rogue and I could just come and get it at the desk. I went after work and surprise, surprise no tag. At this point, it's March '23 and I'm collecting letters from finance companies, notifying me that although they couldn't approve me for the 2022 NISSAN ROGUE, they made another offer on different terms to the dealership and there's still no response. I never wanted a '22 Rogue, what? I think it's unfair and probably unlawful for them to destroy anybody's credit with ridiculous inquiries for cars that the customer isn't even aware of as well as their unprofessionalism and underhanded business. I think they should be investigated for fraudulent business practices. I'm pretty sure they'd find loads of red flags even worse than my experience. This place needs to shut down just like their ******** dealership across the street. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

      Stay away from George Harte Nissan on Derby Ave. in West Haven, Ct. these people are big liars. I went to the dealership on 9/20/22 a sales consultant named Marquis asked me if I needed help & I told him yes I was there to buy a Rogue. Marquis told me he had 2 Rogues that I could take a look at I test drove the Rogue loved the car & told him this was the one I wanted. I returned the next day filled out all the paperwork & was quoted a price $466 a month. I was ok with the price it was great for me so we agreed on the quote they gave me. When I went in to see the finance manager (Mike M.) he had this fancy computer built into his desk & he was fast talking me & sliding the paperwork on this computer around having me sign this & sign that not really explaining to me that he had switched the terms of the loan to less months which made the loan amount go up higher. It wasn't until I got back home & signed up online with the bank to start making monthly payments in November. I was shock to see my payments went up an extra $114.00 per month so I contacted the bank & asked was this a mistake & according to the bank this is what the finance manager submitted to them. The bank told me I could be set back up for the original months I was quoted but I would need to have the finance manager correct the paperwork & resubmit everything. I drove back to Nissan the next day to speak with Mike M. & he started YELLING at me as if I was a 5 year old child. Mike M. was not willing to hear anything I had to say he even told me to go back & see my sales consultant and trade the car back in & have Marquis show me a different car. That would be absolutely ridiculous because the car has already depreciated and I would lose money trading the vehicle back in. I just basically felt like I was deceived by both the sales consultant & the finance manager. I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership you would think they would rather see customers happy rather than mad. There were errors
