    I never post negative reviews, but when it comes to Atlantic Rigging Supply, I believe it is important to warn their potential customers. Their customer service was the worst delivery I have ever encountered. I placed my order online and could not get confirmation of my shipment. Atlantic Rigging Supply outsourced their shipping tracking service to Shop which did not work. I then called and left two voicemail messages for Atlantic Rigging Supply who never responded. After a third voicemail message which I included my email address, I finally received an email back from them stating that my credit card number was not up to date which is not true. They wrote that I should use a link to update my credit card information which sent me to ******* After trying two active credit cards and ****** which would not work off their platform, I gave us and requested my order to be canceled. Horrible experience!!
