      So I placed an order on the 7th of August and it was confirmed on the 8th of August on the 10th of August it was shipped I received a tracking number for the package and now it is the 16th of August and ups still hasn't received the package to get to me also on the 8th of August the money for the order was taken out of my account and posted on the 10th of August ... today is now the 16th of August and I have no package and I'm out the money for their product I have called into their customer support line ten times trying to figure out what is going on and I keep getting told that they will put in a request and that I'll hear back within 24 hrs well it's been 50hrs and not a peep from them ever time I call in they say sorry for the inconvenience but I just don't have that kind of info infro in front of me.

      I purchased a pair of gloves months ago. I never heard from the company so I purchased from another company. Today I received an email that they were being shipped out. I called them and was told if they were sent back there would be a restocking fee. Nowhere on their website does it say this policy.

      You will receive a full refund and a prepaid shipping label.  This should not have taken this long to ship.  In addition, our warehouse shipped a full dozen.  This is also not correct.

       

      I apologize for the delay - I will initiate a full refund ASAP.

      The seller has been in touch with me and has agreed to refund my money and will also send me a postage paid envelope.
