      This company is sketchy at best. I placed an order on October 8th, followed up a month later and they still wouldn't provide a ship date. Another month later I called back again and got nowhere. When you call, you almost have to give your life story just for them to tell you that someone will contact you via email. They refuse to give you an update with your order number that you can provide to them, which should be a red flag. Buyers and businesses beware as this is not a legitimate safety supply company and should not be operating as such!

      I ordered a hard hat in May that showed in stock and would ship in 24 hrs. Nope, that didn't happen. I emailed them in July and got, it was sent. It never came. Then i forgot all about it . Emailed them again in October and they gave me a tracking number that says it was delivered in July. But i never got the package. They said it was too long to file a claim at that point. $31 isn't a big deal for me to lose. But I'm glad to share my experience with anyone else that is thinking about doing business with these people. I would strongly suggest taking your money elsewhere.

      I have had an excellent experience with this vendor. To ensure timely delivery, I placed my orders in advance and prioritizing my inventory management. I recently ordered 50 Built Industrial Heavy Duty C Clamps ahead of time for woodworking for my business, which allowed my business to maintain a sufficient inventory and avoid last-minute shortages. Our long-term relationship with Industrial Safety has been consistently positive. They always ship what I need as soon as it is available in their inventory. I have no problem with them. Thanks for a long term business with Industrial Safety.

      Ordered $30 clamps for $600 on order 1000 222 427 in Oct 27, 2023. They shipped only 10 and said back ordered till Nov, then Dec, 2023. I called Dec to confirm shipping, they said back ordered till Feb 2024. I asked to cancel back ordered and request refund. They said they will send check since they can't issue credit card refund. After numerous emails, phone calls as of today, Mar 6, 2024, still no refund, no check. This is either theft or fraud. I am reporting to local police in ********* CT.

      IndustrialSafety.com is a joke and I do not understand why they are still in business. When you call the 800 number, you are transferred to a voicemail and no one calls you back regarding your order. Products are listed on their site that is not available. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER recommend this company for anything. The operations and management staff don't have a clue and it's sad to have front line support to deal with angry customers knowing that they cannot help nor retrieve an order. I am also reporting Industrial Safety to our local news channel as well.

      Ordered an electronic air flow calibrator for approximately 2K back in May of 2022. Its now been nearly 13 months and still no calibrator despite being told it will be shipped soon. Countless calls to their customer service phone number and many hours wasted with no decency of following up with me of the order status like they say they will do. To this date, this company has still yet to fill the order. I want my order or I want my money back.
