      Went to room didn't realize at first. Saw the puke and stains all over the floor. Then went to get in the bed and there were stains on sheets both beds and black dots all over the sheets. Went downstairs asked for a refund they told me I had to get ******* to do it. Did chat with ******* they called the manager who they said was not in. They kept calling to try and reach the manager and said no they will not refund even though I left. The girl at the desk said she would let the manager know she was not authorized to do anything so she couldn't even help me. And I left. I will not stay in a dirty hotel.

      I recently booked at Comfort Inn Hotel in ************, and I am absolutely disgusted by the condition of the hotel and the terrible customer service I received. Upon checking into my room, I immediately noticed cockroaches on the bed, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, there were random fresh stains on the curtains, which made the room feel even more unclean and uncomfortable. We immediately left the premises and did not stay a single night due to the conditions.

      There were also noticeable holes in the walls, which made the room look run-down and poorly maintained. These conditions were not only unsanitary but also embarrassing to have paid for.

      When I tried to resolve the situation by requesting a refund, the hotel staff has been completely uncooperative. I have called several times and even visited in person, but my efforts have been ignored. They refuse to answer my phone calls or address my concerns directly. It’s extremely frustrating to be treated this way after paying for a room that was not only subpar but outright disgusting.

      The Reservation was non-cancellable; hence refund couldn’t be issued. We offered another room to the customer as an option, but they chose not to accept.

      I am rejecting this response because I was assured I’d be issued a refund and I have voice recordings of the assurance. I was also told, in person, that I would be issued a refund. Multiple rooms had cockroaches, stains, oder and more and I’ve got video proof and photographic proof. If I do not receive a refund my next step is litigation.

      I made a reservation at this awful hotel & upon checking in the rude ****** man at the desk told me I couldn’t get a refund because I stated for him to cancel my reservation considering I didn’t have the money for the deposit that was required (I had no idea there was a deposit, otherwise I would not have wasted my time going there) he was going back & forth with me arguing as I was walking away saying that I’m not going to be able to get a refund. I just want my MONEY BACK IN FULL. This rude, no good customer service having person doesn’t deserve my hard earned money. Especially when I didn’t stay there!

      Has the company replied to my complaint yet??? This is absurd. I've been extremely patient and they're just deciding not to reply because they like to take people’s money.
