    Yes this company is terrible if anyone knows a good lawyer to start a class action suit every October the premium show up get to the point can’t afford this life insurance let me know what you think about this

    Terrible business practice. I have been trying to get my mother simple pension checks started back up and the company will not send the back pension checks. I've sent in all the necessary information and was told the 2 year back payments was mailed. It seems mail take 10 business days from Connecticut to *******. I called several times and Talcott Resolution staff lied each time stating the back payment check was mailed. Now two business days from the 10 business day mailing limit staff member Kathy is willing to research the system and the check was never mailed.
