I purchased a used RV on 9/16/2017 using my credit cards. The dealership #***** (not a financing company) put a lien on the title when they registered it for me. When *** sent out the title, it went to the dealership. I have been trying ever since to get this corrected. I have the purchase order and the credit card statements showing that the dealership has been paid in full. Most times I call, it goes to voicemail. I have spoken to a woman named Tracy that is very familiar with the situation. She continuously makes excuses as to why I cannot come get the title and the lien release. She says she is going to go to the bank and check the safe deposit box and she will get back to me in a day or two. Then she dodges my calls. I have a text conversation where she admits to knowing the lien was put on. I have asked repeatedly for the release of lien letter and she is refusing to issue it. I have also asked for the $25 fee for the replacement title which she refuses to pay.

    To whom it may concern,

Here are the requested documents for the complaint, the customer has since picked up the title with the lien release. The lien was placed with customers consent because she wanted the unit ASAP and was paying with a credit card. The title would be released once the funds were verified and title received from ***. The customer was notified of this and was notified the title was in our possession and was readily available at the time. Being the extended amount of time between the initial purchase and the request, we had to retrieve the title from our secured safety deposit box and was given to her in as soon as possible (within 2 day period once we were contacted).
