    I went there in January of 2024 to order new canvas for my pop-up camper. On February 10th I handed over my old canvas and $1800 dollars with the understanding that they would ship the canvas to a third-party company and it should be done in 8-10 weeks. 10 weeks later I start calling and emailing almost every day with no reply. Finally get an email that the third-party company is backed up and it will be another 6-8 weeks. I started calling 6 weeks in to get an update and again got no reply. Then, out of the blue, the third-party company calls me directly and tells me that they are ahead of schedule and are ready for me to ship my old canvas to them and receive payment. I explained that I already thought all of this was taken care of by TOTH RV and they had no record of them, they only had the order under my name when I never even spoke to anyone at this third-party company. Now I'm scrambling to find out what is going on before they cancel my order for not supplying the old canvas. I called and actually got someone on the other line that said someone would call me back by the end of the day. Guess what, no phone call. I called at 3:30 pm and the machine picked up again! Are you kidding me!? This should not be this difficult. It's really unfortunate because I have dealt with them in the past and have friends and family that have had good experiences as well, but obviously the service has gone downhill. So much for being on top of it!
