      A ******** company! They were our developers for a townhome community in SE **. They hired ***** and ****** as our management company. Neither party has been responsive/transparent about why (after two+ years) the ownership of our HOA has not been transferred to the paying residents/homeowners. They just blame one another and refuse to help our active community of homeowners come up with a solution. Our HOA $ keeps getting spent down but they (the management company) would not provide any of the documentation that we've requested since early 2024. We haven't even been able to get either company to be responsive to our concerns via calls, emails, and portal messages. Our community members just keep getting the "runaround" which is absolutely a nightmare to deal with!!!! Soooo soooo disappointed!

      ******** Apartments is a great choice, especially for ******************* students due to its convenient location. The apartments are well-maintained, and the leasing manager, ******* *******, is outstandingprofessional, friendly, and always helpful. Highly recommend!

      Living in The Cloisters has been a great experience. From my very first contact to enquire about living here, *******, our housing agent, went all out to make everything perfect. He was friendly, professional, and attentive, and he made everything so easy. His commitment to resident satisfaction really stands out.The apartments are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality appliances, ample storage, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. Everything is well-maintained, creating a luxurious and comfortable living environment.The community amenities are great, from the well-equipped fitness center to the beautifully landscaped grounds that have a very tranquil feel to them. Be it staying active or just enjoying the quiet around you, there's really something for everyone here.The location is another highlight: Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, The Cloisters offers ease of convenience to shopping and dining and public transportation, making it convenient while still maintaining privacy and security.I strongly recommend The Cloisters for those seeking comfort, convenience, and community all in one setting. Special thanks to *******, who made this such a positive experience-he's the best!

      No stars, don’t live here, all they want you to do if you run into financial issues is to get you evicted. But yet, it doesn’t matter that others owe $10,000, $32,000 and $52,000 and they still live here!!! I was told where to get rental help when I lost my job and I got the help, but they REFUSE to collect the monies 4, 4 months later!!! 4 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!! They still refuse to collect monies, I have another $500 for them to collect and CLEARLY it’s NOT going to happen!!! Horning Brothers, YOU!! Have BIG problems at BRITTANY COMMONS IN SPOTSYLVANIA, VIRGINIA!

      Horning Brothers!!! Your employees at Brittany Commons are HORRIBLE!! do not live here. Do not even think about it. It is the worst place you could ever be because the manager and the front office can’t manage to do the job that they were hired to do. Do not live here. It is horrible.!!!!!!!!!!!

      The Leasing Staff at The Cloisters shows excellent customer service!! Shoutout to Ms. Riddick and Michael!! Always helpful and go above and beyond the call of duty!! They're kind and understanding and make you feel right at home!! Check them out!!
