    This company is billing me monthly for 29.97 for last 5 months. Called them after first billing asking to cease and they promised that I would be removed. Their billing has caused overdraft fees twice on my account and they still trying to rob my account.

    As per the customers complaint, please see the result of our internal investigation;

    First of all, our apologies for the delay in response. We seem to have missed the email alert for this complaint.

    We are unable to find an account that matches the data that the customer has submitted. We do so an account with the same name, but the address and phone number are different on this account so we cannot confirm that it is for the same customer. We would request this customer provide further information such as an alternative phone number or address they may have used. The customer should have received a welcome letter and/or email from us, if they have this welcome letter/email they can provide the username that is listed here for us to access their account. 

    However, please note that the memberships for SaversCentralOnline.com are not at a cost of $29.97 so we would also request that the customer double checks the bank statement to confirm they are contacting the right company.

    A charge was placed on my debit card on n 11/17/2022 for $2.83 erroneously. I did not agree to this charge or agree to purchase an ongoing subscription. I attempted to call to get a refund and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, refused to refund my money and hung up on me

    In regards to your complaint dated December 5th, 2022 please see the result of our internal investigation;

    Please note we record and review 100% of our member sign ups to ensure no one was enrolled or billed in error.

    On November 17th, 2022 the customer called into our sales center in response to an offer for a gasoline rebate. The customer spoke to an agent on the telephone who advised her that we offer a rebate for up to $100 in gasoline when enrolling with SaversCentralOnline.com The agent outlined that there would be a 30-day trial membership at a cost of $2.83 and that after the trial period expired the full membership fee would apply. The customer agreed to these terms and the trial membership was activated. 

    On November 18th a welcome letter was sent to the address the customer provided. This welcome letter outlined the benefits of the membership along with the terms of billing and advised the date the trial period would expire. The welcome letter also included the customer service telephone number, email address and physical address in case the customer had any questions.

    On November 22nd, 2022 the customers daughter called in to support to request that the membership be cancelled which was completed. The customers daughter also requested a refund of the trial fee of $2.83. The agent advised the customer that they would need to call back in the morning as the billing department is only open until 5pm EST. No further contact was made to customer support. 

    As a courtesy we have refunded the charge of $2.83 that was billed to the customers account on November 17th. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear back on the card it was charged from.
