    I don't even know who they are but they tried to get ***** from my account and my card company stopped them and told me about it and cut my card off and will send me a new new Card. I don't like surprise charges of any kind. I had to give one star so my report would show up. I hate scammers. Can I take my one star back now?

    On September 26, 2022, I was charged $2.83 two times for a Holiday Savers fee, and tried numerous times between then and October 9th to cancel the membership. I could not contact them through either phone number that they provided. with the recording saying< " the call could not go through". i then went to the provided website so that I could cancel the membership but had difficulty finding the cancellation directions. When I found the form and completed the cancellation document, it would not print the cancellation confirmation number- on one line was written, "STILL WANT TO CANCEL", so I had to capture the cancellation number with my phone., because the remainder of the document would not show up on the screen to be printed. I have since been charged two membership fees of $29.83, both on the same day 10/12/2022, for one membership. I completed the cancellation form on 10/27/2022, and I am upset because I could get through on either number to discuss why I have two charges for both dates or why I could not get through prior to going to the website to speak with a support staff person as was stated on the initial phone call. If I could leave a quarter star, I would.
