    WATCH your rate. This provider charges VERY high rates if you are paying month to month. I called to complain and they offered me a SUBSTANTIAL discount if I locked in a fixed rate for two years - 15 cents vs 38.4. I asked for a refund and no response.

    This company raised my rates on the average about $60 a month it is a horrible company that promise lower rates and delivered way higher rates than Northern grid. I had to go on a payment plan to catch up on my bill because of what four months of clean choice did to me. This company should be investigated. It's a good thing I didn't stay with them a year I would have had rates thousands of dollars higher than more than grid national grid rather

    Stay away! They prayed upon my wish to help the environment and then jacked up my prices to three times what the ************* was charging. It's ridiculous; they give you no notice, just like a grifter.

    I am upset with the service they have tripled my Electric Bill, & they promise me that it would never get this, & I say it's highway robbery, & what is so funny is that I was paying a real budget electric bill, and now I have a bill that is very high from $ ***** to $ ***** amount or maybe more & why would Company lied to anyone to bride to get the Customers signatures to enhance they way doing business. & this Company is a total *********** want to cancel this ************* can put the rest of that so-called termination with the rest of the fee on my ********* will get paid because this is a real Scam period. I would rather deal with the same Electric Company for the past 14 years than deal with this Company that takes advantage of anyone, just find someone that plays your games, & I am so done & dishonest but of course this Company rather ************ to their Customers & after this Mayhem I will never deal with a Company that lies to their Customers to get ahead & DO NOT COME MY LOCATION EVER AGAIN & this Company isn't helping you they are lying to you with these Bogus numbers to make them ********** sure enhance my numbers & this is a real fact. Who does that if you aren't stealing from anyone

    Fairly easy to switch from previous electricity supplier to CleanChoice Energy. I was impressed with the choice of 100% renewable energy at a competitive maketing price.

    I signed with *** in 2023 and have noticed that my new energy bills have skyrocketed, rather than decreasing. I called PSE&G and was told in their words, Clean Choice Energy is "GROSSLY OVERCHARGING" for their services. I canceled with ***, but have to wait 2 billing cycles to finally be done with them. When I called to cancel they offered me a one time $100 gift card to stay with them so they can continue to "GROSSLY OVERCHARGE" me. I asked the representative, do you realized how insane that sentence sounds to me???If I could give them a negative rating I most certainly would.VERY DISASTISFIED AND PREYED UPON SENIOR CITIZEN.

    I'm very pleased with them. Had them at my previous apartment for many years, and decided to continue after I bought a house. I have zero complaints after many years of service.
