    Terrible organization. They have continually spammed me attempting to get my business after I sent something to the USPTO. They email me. They text me. They don't allow me to unsubscribe.

    DO NOT TRUST this organization, they are hot garbage and a waste of a business entity.

    Also, pretty sure cold calling and emailing and not allowing folks to opt out is illegal...

    Hi ****,

    Sorry for the late reply, but we missed the notification of a new review from BBB because we are busy helping our clients finalize their orders. Normally, you would receive our email if you have signed up or subscribed to our website, and there is an unsubscribing link at the bottom of each marketing email. However, in a rare instance, our new programmer who is not familiar with the rules yet might make mistakes, like forgetting to add an unsubscribing link at the bottom of marketing emails. But we respond to user's feedback quickly if they contact us directly, and adjustments will be taken immediately, normally within 24 hours. We will never make cold calls to anyone because we are so busy handling clients' orders, and not interested in the salesmen-driven business model.

    Again, my deepest apology for your unhappy experience.
