    Having tried to get appointments at postal service centers and not having any luck, I decided to try this agency and it was like night and day difference. ***** ******* was immediately helpful and provided all the information and supporting documentation to process my wifes passport quickly and expeditiously. He was able to make an appointment within 24 hours and expedite the processing and shipping all at once. We did have one hiccup with the person at the first processing center who was unhelpful and uncooperative and even threatened us with expulsion from her office. ***** stepped up to the plate and immediately booked us another appointment within 24 hours and we had no further problems. Application was submitted Thursday May 8 and my wife received her new passport Tuesday May 13. Absolutely incredible ??! I highly recommend them anytime you need a passport quickly processed

    His service was an absolute lifesaver! I didnt realize my husbands passport had expired and we were leaving within 10 days. I sent all the information and followed the instructions and received his new passport back within three days. Thank you so much! Best service ever ***** answers his phone and calms your nerves.     I needed a passport for an emergency that had expired seven years ago. I was told endless times it was impossible, and the soonest was 6 to 8 weeks. I even called the state and they told me that the closest appointment was in New Orleans which I live in South Florida. Through the Internet I found Dave call him immediately. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Walked me through everything step-by-step. Not only did I get my passport. I got it sooner than promised added value that was priceless. I highly recommend Dev and his team. If you want to get it done right get it done quick Daves team is the one. Don’t waste your time with others call

    Lifesaver! The clerk's office told us 7-9 weeks to get the passport for our daughter and Fast Passport Center got it for us in less than 4 days. They really worked for it, and were very responsive. Thank you guys!

    We needed our passport in less than 5 days and got it! I could not believe when I received the package at home 2 days before our trip. Sent documents on Monday and got my passport back Friday morning. David was very professional handling the whole process which gave us peace of mind. It’s very stressful when we find out the passport is expired and the whole trip is booked so we don’t have the option to cancel anything anymore. Only a miracle would make it happen and in this case God used David and Fast Passport Center to deliver! I highly recommend their services. You can definitely trust you’ll be in great hands with people that actually care.

    I NEVER write reviews, but felt compelled to write this review to thank David at Fast Passport Center. He helped us get a passport for our daughter in less than two weeks when we really needed the help. Then a few months later, we found ourselves in a bigger emergency. I had already applied for two passports for my daughter and son. All of a sudden, the processing time increased from 7-9 weeks to 10-13 weeks. But the passports were already in process, so I didn't know if I could even start from scratch or what to do. I called David and he was AMAZING. While I was in anxiety-ridden panic, he patiently explained how the system works, what my options were, and how he could help. He never pressured me. He was not "sales-y" at all. Just a very helpful resource. He was also accessible and communicative throughout the process. I referred a few different people to him and they were also very happy. Yes, some of the services aren't cheap, but if you're in an emergency and you need help, you can trust David and Fast Passport Center. They are reputable, credible, and effective.

    After 1.5 months of following up with David we never received our passport. Our trip was ruined. After we paid him, we could hardly ever get a hold of him?? terrible communication and experience. There is a chance he’ll follow through on his promise, but there’s also a good chance he won’t. So if you choose this company be ready to be disappointed. We sent in our paper work 1.5 months before our trip, David said he would get us a passport in 2 weeks. We followed up with him every week, the times we were able to get ahold of him. He reassured us that it would be in our hands before our trip. At the last hour, 3 days prior to our trip he calls with bad news, something unexpected happened, it was out of his control he said but no clear explanation was given. No apologies were offered. When we received our paperwork back in the mail, we realized our documents were never even submitted! He had been lying to us the whole time.
