    Great experience. Just as promised - prompt, clear directions, no fluff, good response time. Everything you want when needing a passport urgently. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I wished they sent the tracking information when returning the actual passport back to us and confirming it was received. With that said, I highly recommend.

    The service I received from David at Fast Passport Center was just OUTSTANDING. Four days before flying to Egypt I learned that I needed a 6-month expiration on my passport. My passport expired within a 5-month 25-day timeframe. Most countries accept a 3-month timeframe. I contacted Fast Passport Center and I was able to pick up my passport at the US Passport Agency at 8:30 AM on my departure date in order to catch my flight to Egypt at 11:00. The service was prompt, professional, and caring. Any time I called David he answered the call immediately and kept me posted.
