      If I could give this service ZERO stars, I would. The customer service is almost non-existent. In fact, it is so bad that we're thinking of canceling our planned trip to New Zealand. Getting a visa is proving to be too difficult and way too stressful. We contacted VFS Global after being instructed to do so by the New Zealand visa processing office. We didn't get a response from VFS Global using my wife's email address. After waiting a few days, we tried my email address and we did get a response requesting information that was already provided in the template. We responded with the requested information and didn't hear anything. After sending two more emails (with delivery tracking and return receipt requested), we got a response with an invoice for two Fedex shipping labels (one to send my wife's passport to Washington, DC and one for the return) and the service fee of $37 - basically, $37 for NO service. We paid the invoice immediately a couple of days ago and we've received nothing. Is this a SCAM? I tried sending an email to JavierJ, who appears in the "reply-to" field of the email that had our invoice, and it bounced back (twice). So we decided to call VFS Global. You have to provide your credit/debit card info to talk to someone. They charge over $2 per minute to talk to someone about their atrocious customer service. I plan to report them to the Better Busines Bureau. If anyone from the New Zealand visa office reads this, you seriously need to fire these folks!

      I'm truly shocked at this company. They are awful. We followed their instructions and submitted our paperwork for a Visa. After we submitted they said our submissions were incomplete due to forms that they had never mentioned in the instructions. When you call their customer service line...they ask for your credit card number TO CHARGE YOU FOR CALLING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've never heard of anything so corrupt and awful.

      This is by far the worst company that can operate in the world for handling such an important role in Indian Visa/Passport counseling services. They charge my credit cards thrice and after sending payment declined emails for 2 transactions yet they have charged my cards. On top of this mess they are charging customers that call their customer service, who on earth does that. One thing i want to ask this company is that they are not running a charity or any non profit org for any of the service they offer. Then why on the earth were they charging $2.95 for every 1 minute after first 5 minutes. In comparison the old provider CKGS is million time better in many ways. If possible I would leave Negative rating and as that's not possible I left 1 star.

      Probably one of the worst services out there. Instructions are vague. Cost is ridiculous on the border of being fraudulent - for e.g., if you need to re-send a document, they will charge you $1 per page per copy to print it. Yes, really!! And if your photo is unacceptable, they will charge $7.99 to print it. If this isn't blatant fraud, I don't know what is. If you want to call them, well you guessed it - they will charge per minute to speak to you. This flies like a pile of dung in the face of Modi government's efforts to improve age old archaic and nonsensical practices.

      Completely horrible. They should not exist. Governments should not outsource such essential service to such providers. Make the Government itself look bad.

      UK had processed the visa but we couldn't talk to them to get an update. Pathetic service, and no phone contact or live chat for update. We were looking at thousands of dollars in change fee and fare difference. Just when we're we're on hold to cancel the ticket the previous day we git a text that passport is despatched without a tracking number or the courier company. Wild goose chase of ringing around proved successful and with DHL s support and cooperation we were able to fly as planned. Online tracking kept saying no record found. Pathetic service, unfortunately we have no other option.

      VFS Global is THE WORST company I have ever had to deal with. No response to inquiries. Hung up on me when I called with a complicated question after leaving me on hold for 40 minutes.

      The worst outsourced organization on the planet. Unintelligible - overly bureaucratic and excruciatingly dumb and shame on representing the Indian sub-continent. Shame on Indian Ministry of External Affairs for entrusting such an important function to these moronic fools. What a travesty!!
