      I would have said Horrible service, however, there was absolutely no service they provide and in fact, the entire process of dealing with them seems extremely aggravating and frustrating. There is a clear lack of transparency and accountability. People have been complaining about this company for years now and there seems to be no action whatsoever being taken. We will have to start writing letters to the respective governments that utilize this company for their visa processing. Its a total sham. this company is out to ONLY make a profit and does not care about customer service whatsoever. Who in their right mind would charge $80 to scan a few documents. This is predatory behavior and taking advantage of people who are less knowledgeable and/ or do not know how to use a scanner or do not have a scanner. I am not going to get into their exorbitant pricing for their bronze, silver and gold packages that they sell on their website. You can see for yourselves what service they offer for those packages that cose ~$400.00 , ~ $900 and ~ $2,000 respectively. If UK Visa services is reading this, do something about this company. Either get them to rectify the wrong they are doing or replace them.

      ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! Shocking how unprofessional this company is. NO ONE TO TALK TO - having weeks of issues trying to organize biometric testing for my husband to obtain a UK spousal visa. Horrifying that this is the company the UK government selected to handle spousal visas. SHAME ON YOU UK GOVERNMENT!!!!

      I'm seeking a France visa / appointment for my wife. This has been a very frustrating and impossible journey. I am someone that seeks every possible avenues to get things done. I did and processed my wife's visa to come to the USA 4 years ago, all alone, and this was incredibly an easier process than getting even an appointment via VFS Global. I must of call about 5 times already inquiring, why everytime I go to the website to book an appointment for New York France or Atlanta visa center, there are no available slots, error messages, site not functioning, or giving me information for another country, yet no help whatsoever, and no guidance. I'm doing this 45 days before our departure and feels like time is flying by, we already booked tickets for a family flight, where my wife is the only one that needs this Visa. Traveling with our one year daughter, it is very important that my wife is able to be there as well. Currently, she is awaiting in another State GA visiting my family, and staying longer exploring every possible option to see where she would be able to get an appointment before our trip. so confused, I went to the vfs website booked and appointment for atlanta afterwards and after i paid for everything and extra, shows it is for Vfs india atlanta and not normal vfs france that we need. Customer service is no help, they would not even verify the address of the correct location i need to go to get a france visa. I work with the public and this is by far the worst experience and customer service i've experienced. I'm fed up and stressed with this process going through VFS global

      Truly atrocious with absolutely no regard for your appointment time and hours long waiting times. And that’s if you can get through all the error messages when you try to make an appointment on line. Think again about going abroad if you need to use them to get your visa. What a waste of time. And can they even be trusted to return my passport??

      Booking an appointment online is not possible for renunciation. This is because you can do both renunciation and OCI at one time and VFS will make very little money when you do that both by yourself. And if you do not subscribe to their SMS tracking service for $5/each, their own tracking link will not work. VFS wants to make money first and then provide service Calls to the service center are also charged. You need to provide a credit card before a rep comes online. you are charged an exorbitant amount per minute basis so be careful

      A disaster, just like all these other customers. Paid for 10 yrs and got 5 yrs visa, trying to get a refund but the are giving me the run around for 4 months. Total corrupt place.

      I applied for new OCI. After a few days they asked me to upload and send some missing documents. Which I did. I called and talked to the agent (paid service) to confirm (which she did). But a few days later they sent back the application stating missing documents. When I called back (again paid service), the agent kept repeating old status of the computer (which I already knew) but could not help any further. This was frustrating. By the way, this was my second attempt.

      Worst company. They are committing fraud and getting away with it. I have to pay multiple times to cancel my Indian passport. Nightmare!

      I was traveling to the UK from Chicago and needed a visa. I chose not to use VFS premium services. I was charged twice and struggled to figure out the website to get an appointment at a VAC. 16 days before I was meant to go, and a lot of inquiries later, I got hold of a God-send, Shahnaazi Irani out of Houston who informed me that a technical issued occurred with my visa but she was speeding up the process to get it sent to me. It has taken 6 months to get my visa that should take 5 - 15 days. Were it not for Shahnaazi I would certainly never have received my passport back and in time for my trip to visit family and friends. This review would have been a lot different if that had happened.
