    Do not order from this company. They don't stand behind the product. It's cheap and we have asked for a return label. They have not sent it. They will not give us a phone number. I have wrote multiple emails. Still nothing. I sent proof of wrong delivery. I hope that whoever reads this... DO NOT...order from them. You can write me back and I will forward all emails so you can see how hard it is to deal with them

    0 / zero stars ! I wish I could leave negative stars The pictures on website are not the cheap / worthless blurry printed bedding you receive !!!! Be aware !!!! Trash !!!!!!

    I bought a quilt from this company from their ******** site. The pictures on their site look pretty good. But when I received the quilt, it looked nothing like the picture. You can tell by looking at it. Its cheap Chinese junk. This is deceptive, advertising and consumer fraud.

    Not what I ordered at all! Definitely a bait and switch! The picture on their website appeared to show raised/embroidered daisies, white background, and gold border. I received nothing more than a printed fabric with some stitching with gray flowers, gray background, and gray border. Nothing more than false advertising, pure and simple.

    ABSOLUTE c*** False advertising to the highest order. What was shown was not even remotely close to what was received. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT do business with these crooks. They do not deserve one star. They are the antithesis of honesty. Absolutely horrible people.

    Do not buy from this company. They do not accept returns unless something is wrong with the quilt, but the quilt that they send is not a blanket. It is extremely thin and nowhere near worth the money they are charging for it. In addition, even though they are based in the **, they make you ship their products back to other countries if they do accept a return. Definitely deceptive practices and not clearly stated up front when purchasing. I would not have purchased from them if I would have known.

    WARNING! MISREPRESENTED!!I WANT TO WARN OTHERS. I've never seen such MISLEADING ADVERTISING.This item received IS VERY POOR QUALITY - but most importantly, NOT what was shown in the photos on the website for the item description.THE ENTIRE BACK SIDE OF THE **** IS BLACK - IT IS NOT QUILTED TO ANY DEGREE.The item shown and the item received are NOTHING ALIKE - IT IS PRINTED ON A PIECE OF FABRIC doesn't even color match the item shown on the website. Website shows *********** When I contacted the company about the very poor quality - total lack of craftmanship - and that it appeared the photo of the quilt was PRINTED on a piece of cheap fabric, THE COMPANY AGREED /NO DENIAL. This is the company's response:"For your reference, here is an excerpt from the product description:"All products are made to order and printed to the best standards available.We utilize advanced printing techniques to create a 3D effect and add depth to the design. This high-tech process ensures the patterns are vibrant and visually detailed, while also maintaining the products durability and functionality."Additionally, as noted in our product descriptions, there may be up to a 20% variation in color, pattern, binding, and stitching compared to the sample photos due to the production process. These variations are inherent in made-to-order products but do not compromise the overall design or quality. The main design is always kept consistent with the advertised images."*********NOT TRUE - at least not listed in descriptions, or I wouldn't have ordered. The quilt I selected was a VIBRANT (in the name) RAINBOW FLORAL QUILT ... and what I received? It has 25% BLACK (and the backing and edging are BLACK) If this company is going to print quilt designs on a piece of fabric - SAY AND SHOW THAT ********* REFUNDS ISSUED. The ONLY resolution offered was 30% OFF CODE FOR ANOTHER PIECE OF GARBAGE?!?! NO THANKS. DEVASTATED.

    I did my research and knew this purchase was risky. But, I did receive the king sized "bed spread" even though my online purchased showed one amount but about $30 more was added and actually charged to my card. But, because it is what I wanted and "fits" my bedroom, I don't mind paying the actual price they charged me. It is very thin material --not puffy "quilted" as shown in pic's or described. Again, this one fits my *********** glad I have it -consider myself lucky after reading other reviews.

Refuse to take any returns or give any refunds, despite the fact that they are blatantly falsely advertising a product. Additionally, they are not an **************** despite advertising that they are.
