    They only allow a refund 2 HOURS AFTER ORDERING, not after receiving their crappy, ugly product. It arrives with the picture all distorted and nothing like the photo on the website. You cannot return it and you are stuck with it.

    1). Charges $9.95 for shipping and if return for full refund this company has you return to ***** and pay international shipping which is significantly more expensive in shipping fees allowing them to profit from unreturned items.2). Charged my credit card $60.39 but online receipt charge was clearly $54.90 (this included the shipping of $9.95). Snuck in $5.49 without my authorization (#1 FRAUD ALERT).2). False advertising in that product image on website is not what you receive in person - poor quality. (#2 FRAUD ALERT)3). Don't waste your money and time ordering from this company. Address on their website shows ************************************* NW, ******************* USA, but have to return to *****. Intentionally allows buyer to believe this is a USA based company and ships from ***, but you have to return to *****, and most customers being unwilling to pay international return and tracking fees, allowing VANTIQUE to profit from unreturned items. (#3 FRAUD ALERT).4). Don't fall victim to VANTIQUE's fraudulent behavior - you have been WARNED!!! As evidenced by all these BBB Reviews.

    What you receive is not what's pictured. Total bait and switch. See pics. **** blue background advertised, dark quilting thread, dark edging. Received flat black background, white quilting thread, grey edging, just ugly. Not sure how they give the look of depth in the advertised photo, but what you get is a plain patterned fabric quilted to a backing, zero relief. Took almost a month to get here and I had to keep writing them for updates

    I ordered two throw pillow covers and a small quilted coverlet - all with a classic book theme. I paid $168.00. The quality was ******* Chinese Sweat Shop and if ******* charged $29.95 for all three pieces, it would have been overpriced. Printed pictures on fabric with blurry detail and a poor job of machine quilting. The best thing the company has going for them is the website which TOTALLY misrepresents what you will receive. Their website has numerous 5-Star reviews but negative reviews don't show up and the 5-Stars? Well, maybe they paid their employees to create them.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!Their products are misrepresented online and the return policy is NON-EXISTENT! So if you are unhappy with your purchase, you are stuck with it! I bought two of the same product and even offered to return one for credit or refund, and they wouldn't even meet me half way. I'm sorry I didn't check this BBB site and reviews before I made my purchase.

    Do not order from this company. My quilt was not even the same colors as they showed in their photo. It took almost 2 months to receive and that was only after I threatened them. I'm not even giving them one star, but have to give 1 to have this posted.

    Do not waste your MONEY - READ THE REVIEWS - product quality is completely inferior -and their return policy is NON EXISTENT!! They should not be allowed to do business - they are SCAMMERS!!!!

    Product was well below quality expected. They give absolutely no flexibility in their return policy, even though I followed every single step. I even offered to pay for return shipping and/or to get a partial credit to more accurately reflect the quality of the product. Absolutely no cooperation from Vantique's customer service. Their products are cheap Chinese made, Temu quality products. I paid $100 for a product I wouldn't pay more than $15-20 for in a store. Very disappointed that they were 100% uncooperative. I worked on a reasonable resolution since December and have no other option at this time other than to give poor review.

    I ordered a quilt from these people over a month ago, and I cant even track my package now. They took the money out of my account and I have no quilt. These people are a scam.
