We bought tickets for the NYC double decker tour with a visit to ****** *****. I contacted customer service earlier through the chat function and the person was not helpful. I tried again, the same outcome. In fact, we feel we are just another number another ticket to this company and will get have zero intention of providing customer service. There is not even a telephone number for customers to call These tickets were a birthday gift for my 12 year old. He wanted to visit New York for his birthday and the ****** *****. I spent $293 for three tickets. That is a huge amount of money for us. After I bought the ticket, the instructions were that we had to call and make a separate reservation to enter it he ****** ***** Building for our tour. We wasted an entire morning trying to make this work. It is needless to say that we are highly frustrated and dissatisfied with this business. This company ruined what was supposed to be an epic birthday gift for a 12 year old. At this time, I would like to request a refund of our unused tickets. The information their website requested in order to issue a refund is: email is [email protected] Date of purchase: August 19, 2022 Booking confirmation: ******** Last four digits of credit card used:**** Reason: poor customer service. Unable to use the tour. Unable to make the separate reservation for the ****** ***** portion of our purchase. I have sent an email to address they provide on their website and it bounced. I also completed a form on their website requesting a refund. I’m still waiting for a reply. I would really like to have our money back so I can do a proper birthday party for my kid. Thank you
