      I purchased a 3 day pass and was never able to get onto the bus due to it being overcrowded. When I asked the driver what to do he said to contact customer service, which I did via email as their phone numbers provided do not work. They would not provide a refund or a solution to the issue. I have a disability and I needed to use the bus to lessen my walking in **. The fact they they overbook and do not provide the service they promise is terrible. In addition their customer service is awful.

      ....the 'Big Bus' tour in Washington, **. Nothing they say is like it is. They say they have signs all over the place for pick up points. Never saw a sign when we were there. We were let off at the **************** (a designated stopping point) . When we went to board the bus again, the driver just pointed to the next stop and went on. We had to walk 1/2 mile to the next bus stop (marked for the Metro, no sign for Big Bus). They say the buses run ***** minutes apart. We waited over 45 minutes for a bus. When it stopped, the driver said he was due to be off and acted like he was doing a favor picking us up. We got two rides out of them. One from ********* to the Vietnam memorial and from the **** memorial to the drop off where we could walk to ************** to catch the Metro back to our hotel. We spent most of our time chasing buses on foot, as if we hadn't walked enough already. I rate Big Bus in Washington DC, NO stars and consider it to be a rip off by paying good money for very little promised service.

      Although the transportation was very convenient, at 5pm on our way back to the starting point, the driver gave us a hard time because we had lost a paper ticket he had supposedly gave us in the morning when we first checked in. He's printer malfunction and he was unable to give us a paper ticket. He was extremely rude with very poor customer service. Will not use their service ever again.

      I purchased 3 Big Bus Tickets for Saturday, April 20 in New York City.
      We rode the bus on the Downtown loop.
      Got off the bus at the Lafayette stop and walked to Little Italy around 11:30am.
      Walked back to the 100 Lafayette around 2:30 pm and waited one hour for the bus.
      It did not come. We ended up catching a taxi to return to our hotel.
      The point of buying tickets for this bus was we could get off and on at any point on the loop and catch the bus to another location.
      This did not happen. The bus never returned come.
      Total cost: $147
