      I had *******. Never had any issues. Now that my service got transferred to Sol Systems, they somehow didn't get the bill from FPL, didn't pay it, and I got my service disconnected. No warning, no nothing.Customer support told me that their only solution was for them to process a payment which could take 48 hours to process. So they were ok leaving me 48 hours without power. With a newborn home, in the middle of summer in *******, my wife not able to work from home and having to time unpaid time off.. This ended costing us hundreds of dollars, and all they could do was offer a $15 company credit...Let's just say that I'm not super happy with them.

      I previously used Arcadia to pay my electric bill via credit card. It switched to Sol Systems a couple months ago and the first month they overcharged and then automatically corrected payment. The second month they did not pay at all and I would have received a late fee if I did not catch it. All the while, they have charged my credit card 5 dollars per month (for two months). Their website does not offer any way to cancel or any contact information other than an email link (which needs to be manually corrected since it adds an extra "mailto" in the email address). I will contacting my credit card company, but also want to warn others about this company.
