      Can you please close this case #********, it has been a few weeks and Ive found my advisor helping me thru this, apparently this person in my complaint was a bot and not the right person I needed.

      *********************wrong and I didn't know why......then I see a pop up box "ask us anything we're here to help":***** didn't read my question Took 2-3min to give smart "I can't help you" answers.He said he's only there to schedule tests/retests?I repeated my question because it's a practice test, not an actual one...hello!Why is there no help? Your fees' have been paid?I'm over 40yrs old and don't have time for smart*ss people giving flaky fake answers just to get onto the next one or play with his video games, come on GED!!!I'm NOT ONE TO PLAY GAMES i just want to pass this test where's the help?The chat bot box says "Ask us anything" not "ask us anything only about scheduling".I simply want to pass this, but I can't move on until I understand Science Practice Test Question #4.....hopefully I don't have to make a BBB complaint for everything I have a question for, but if ****** your only smart*ss employee get ready for more!****
